Specification: New village hall constructed in the centre of Normandy, surrounded by new playing fields and leisure facilities. The village hall is constructed with steel portal frame to the high level areas and with timber frame to the lower areas. The roof is finished with Marley Bold Roll interlocking concrete tiles and the walls are finished with Ibstock Cottage Mixture bricks. All external doors are formed with commercial quality aluminium and double glazed aluminium windows. Overall floor area of 635m² is divided into a main hall, small hall and two further meeting rooms, together with two kitchens, toilets and storage cupboards.
